For some reason I’ve really been into donuts lately. Not actually eating them, since I can’t. But just thinking about wanting to eat them. Actually, I think torturing myself is an accurate term. Because of the little man’s allergies, donuts are definitely off limits. So I just look up recipes, pin them all the time and dream about them. Everyone loves some Pumpkin Cupcakes in the fall. It’s just a fact. But these are Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting… So they’re turned up a notch! The second I decided to make them, I also decided that they would be used with cake flour. That was for sure happening. Why you ask? Because cake flour makes super, super fluffy cupcakes.
