Makes one large smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any kind)
  • 1 large handful of organic baby spinach, washed
  • ΒΌ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ΒΌ cup frozen pineapple
  • Β½ of a banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass & serve immediately

Notes

*I like to pack it with spinach, but if you’re not a spinach lover, try a smaller handful at first
*Like with any smoothie, add or subtract any ingredients you want, just start with a liquid base & any fruits & veggies you like, & go from there
