- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any kind)
- 1 large handful of organic baby spinach, washed
- ΒΌ cup frozen mango chunks
- ΒΌ cup frozen pineapple
- Β½ of a banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Tbsp flax meal (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass & serve immediately
Notes
*I like to pack it with spinach, but if you’re not a spinach lover, try a smaller handful at first
*Like with any smoothie, add or subtract any ingredients you want, just start with a liquid base & any fruits & veggies you like, & go from there
