Description

Sophisticated crab meat in a creamy filling is baked inside soft salmon fillets for a delicious Crab Stuffed Salmon meal. The salmon comes out tasting like it was prepared in a five-star seafood restaurant, with a crunchy Panko crust and a savory filling. Salmon should be cooked for at least 15 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 130 degrees Fahrenheit (55 degrees Celsius) is reached. Discard what is left after serving and enjoying the last mouthful (do not re-refrigerate).


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs  salmon fillets (6 salmon fillets, 4 oz each)
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese 
  • 1 big egg
  • 1.5  tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1.5  teaspoon paprika (plus a bit to add on top afterwards) (plus a pinch to sprinkle on top later)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 6 ounces crab meat (canned, drained of water)
  • 2 TSP Panko breadcrumbs (or plain breadcrumbs)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan (freshly grated, plus a little extra to put on top)
