Description
Before baking, these luscious Baked Beef Back Ribs are coated in a delicious rib seasoning and sticky BBQ sauce. They’re just the most practical way to fulfill your summertime BBQ desires at any time of year!
Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef back ribs (1 full rack of ribs)
- 1 steak or rib seasoning (Use mine or store bought)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (Your favorite)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius).
- Rinse the ribs and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Beef back ribs, 3 pounds - If desired, remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs.
- Separate each rib from the others.
- Season the ribs with a generous dose of my steak seasoning (or your favorite beef seasoning).
1 steak or rib seasoning - Using foil or parchment paper, line a baking tray. Bake the ribs at 350°F (176°C) on a baking tray. for one hour.
- Remove your ribs from the oven after 1 hour. Raise the temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius).
- Return the ribs to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 450°F (232°C) with your favorite BBQ sauce.
1 quart barbecue sauce - Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
The final increase in oven temperature is a reverse sear, which caramelizes your ribs nicely!
