- 8 eggs hard boiled and cooled
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 rib celery finely diced
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Divide the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and slice the whites.
- To make a smooth and creamy sauce, mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with bread or lettuce.
