Description
The recipe for oven-baked bone-in pork chops is one of the quickest and most delicious ways to whip up a quick and delicious meal. This is ideal for folks who are on the go and don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
Instructions
- At 325 degrees Fahrenheit, preheat the oven.
- Combine the paprika, brown sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil or lemon juice if desired, but I prefer lemon juice and a few rosemary sprigs. Rub the mixture well on all sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in a shallow baking tray lined with foil.
- Bake for about 25 minutes on the middle rack at 325 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping once after 15 minutes.
- To avoid overcooking (you don’t want it to be dry), start testing the internal temperature after 20 minutes of baking.
