Description

Make your own Insta-worthy Dragon Drink at home! The Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher from Starbucks is quite similar to the Dragon Drink from Starbucks, except it is sweeter and creamier! With its beautiful pink color and delicious flavors, this copycat dish is a great treat! What’s the finest aspect about it? You can make it with or without caffeine, and you can easily adjust the sweetness to your liking!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon freeze-dried dragon fruit powder
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice You can sub other fruit juice such as apple juice. Just avoid the juices with dark colors
  • 1 cup coconut milk If you use sweetened coconut milk, you don’t need to add extra syrup to the drink
  • ice cubes

Optional

  • 1 scoop diced dragon fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon green coffee extract (It adds caffeine to your drink)
  • simple syrup or sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the white grape juice, dragon fruit powder, and optional green coffee extract in a mixing bowl until well combined. (If you don’t have green coffee extract, you may skip this ingredient and it won’t effect the flavor.) (Make sure to allow the powder completely dissolve. It may take a few minutes.)
  • In a cocktail shaker, add ice, then pour in the mango juice. (You may use any other large container with a cover that fits the container if you don’t have a cocktail shaker.)
  • Combine the grape juice and dragon fruit in a mixing bowl.
  • Scoop in the coconut milk.
  • Closure is required. For about 30 seconds, shake the shaker vigorously with both hands (one on each piece).
  • Add ice and half a glass of optional sliced dragon fruit. The mixture should then be strained into a glass. Garnish with extra diced dragon fruit and optional simple syrup or sugar to taste. Serve and savor as soon as possible.

Notes

  1. *If you’re going to utilize the green coffee bean pills, you’ll need to open them up and take out the powder.
  2. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth or a coffee filter before adding it to the cocktail shaker if you don’t like the microscopic black and white particles.
  3. Gradually add the sweetener to the mixture until it reaches the desired sweetness level. For a healthier alternative, use Stevia.
