Description

Sushi with Dynamite Rolls The Dynamite Roll Sushi is one of the best sushi recipes ever, and I’m going to show you how to make it in this article. Tempera shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and a maple syrup-hot sauce mixture make up this delicious sushi roll. Between the spicy and sweet flavors, it’s like a dynamite explosion. It’s a terrific option for an appetizer or a quick lunch for the journey.


Ingredients

Maple Soy Sauce:

 

  • 1 tablespoon Organic Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

 

Dynamite Sauce:

 

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil Mayo

  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Hot Sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon Roasted Sesame Oil

 

Roll Ingredients:

 

  1. Sushi/Sticky Rice (approx 1 cup of uncooked rice, prepared as per package instructions)

  2. Mango (sliced)

  3. Cucumber (sliced)

  4. Avocado (sliced)

  5. 2 Nori Sheets

  6. 3-4 Tempura Shrimp


Instructions

  1. Sushi Rice: How To Make It

  2. To eliminate any starch and dirt, soak and rinse the rice 4-5 times in a large saucepan of water. After that, soak it for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  3. Transfer the rice to a colander and set aside for 30 minutes to drain.

  4. Cook the rice in a rice cooker (or in a saucepan over low heat) until the water has been absorbed and the rice is soft, about 10-12 minutes on the stovetop.

  5. Set the rice aside in a big bowl once it’s finished cooking.

  6. Combine the vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil in a separate bowl, then pour over the rice and top with the sesame seeds.
