Dynamite Sauce:

1/2 cup Olive Oil Mayo

1 tablespoon Sriracha Hot Sauce

1/4 teaspoon Roasted Sesame Oil
Roll Ingredients:

Sushi/Sticky Rice (approx 1 cup of uncooked rice, prepared as per package instructions)

Mango (sliced)

Cucumber (sliced)

Avocado (sliced)

2 Nori Sheets

3-4 Tempura Shrimp

Sushi Rice: How To Make It

To eliminate any starch and dirt, soak and rinse the rice 4-5 times in a large saucepan of water. After that, soak it for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Transfer the rice to a colander and set aside for 30 minutes to drain.

Cook the rice in a rice cooker (or in a saucepan over low heat) until the water has been absorbed and the rice is soft, about 10-12 minutes on the stovetop.

Set the rice aside in a big bowl once it’s finished cooking.

Combine the vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil in a separate bowl, then pour over the rice and top with the sesame seeds.
