- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Place the dough in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 45 seconds on MEDIUM (50 percent power). Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Make a 14-inch circle out of the dough. Prick with a fork and place on a pizza pan. Brush 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and garlic over dough. Bake for 14 minutes at 450°.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Swirl in the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons oil to coat. Cook for 4 minutes, or until the whites are set, after cracking the eggs into the pan. Season with salt.
- Mâche, onion, and vinaigrette should be combined. Place on crust and top with eggs, cheese, and pepper.
