  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place the dough in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 45 seconds on MEDIUM (50 percent power). Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Make a 14-inch circle out of the dough. Prick with a fork and place on a pizza pan. Brush 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and garlic over dough. Bake for 14 minutes at 450°.
  3. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Swirl in the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons oil to coat. Cook for 4 minutes, or until the whites are set, after cracking the eggs into the pan. Season with salt.
  4. Mâche, onion, and vinaigrette should be combined. Place on crust and top with eggs, cheese, and pepper.
