Description

 

Blove’s Sauce is a spice-packed seasoning combination for seafood sauces. Blove, a Youtuber well-known for his Mukbang films, in which makers eat massive amounts of food in front of a live audience, came up with the idea. Bloves Smackalicious Sauce is now available on Amazon as a result of the sauce’s rapid popularity (mild or spicy). We’ll show you how to prepare this delectable sauce from scratch at home.


Ingredients

Seasoning Mix

 

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon oregano (dried)

 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix

  • 1 tablespoon Old bay seasoning

Other ingredients

  • 3 bulbs garlic

  • 1/4 onion diced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or add more to taste)

  • salt to taste

  • 4 sticks unsalted butter

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons ginger minced


Instructions

  1. Combine all of the seasoning ingredients in a mixing dish.

  2. In a blender, combine the garlic and onion. Garlic and onion should be blended for about 20-30 seconds, or until very small bits of garlic and onion are formed.

  3. Add butter to a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook until all of the butter has been melted.

  4. Combine the garlic, onion, and ginger, if desired, in a blender. Cook, stirring regularly, for about 30 seconds over medium heat.

  5. Combine the Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, tabasco sauce, vinegar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and mix well. As soon as you’ve finished mixing, add the remaining ingredients to the

  6. Bring to a boil with the seasoning mix. Occasionally stir the ingredients until it’s well combined.

  7. Allow the sauce to cool down after removing it from the heat. Serve and have fun!

Notes

 

  • In the refrigerator, store the blove’s sauce in an airtight jar for about two weeks.
  • You can adjust the amount of chili powder to your liking.
  • Before adding the extra ingredients, the sauce is extremely hot. Before adding extra hot ingredients, make sure you taste them first.
