Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 Lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch (or tapioca starch)
  • 1/2 Cup Reduced sodium soy sauce (gluten free if needed. Or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • Powdered garlic, if desired (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown, about 2 mins.
  2. Toss the beef with the cornstarch. Once the garlic if browned, add the beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the soy sauce and sesame oil and cook until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
  4. Top with garlic powder(if desired) and DEVOUR!
