HOW DO FUNFETTI BROWNIES TASTE?
- Melted Butter: This is just plain, salted butter!
- Whatever milk you have on hand can be used. From skim to entire, anything will do.
- Egg
- Sincerity dictates that I only ever use store-brand cake mixes. There’s no need to pay more merely to get a name brand!
- Chips of white chocolate
- Extra Sprinkles: Hobby Lobby is where I usually buy extra sprinkles because there aren’t any brown ones there, which results in a really unique-looking brownie.
MAKING FUNFETTI BROWNIES
The minimal modifications to the ingredients and amounts are the only difference between creating your own brownies and using a boxed cake mix. It will still be baked at 350 degrees. Instead of the water and oil that are often requested for in cake boxes, we’ll use milk and melted butter. This will result in a richer final product.
We will add additional sprinkles (because, obviously, you can never have too many sprinkles) and some white chocolate chips once everything has been combined into a lovely batter. In a 9×9 inch pan, the brownies will be baked, giving them a thick and chewy texture. Before removing them from the oven, make sure they can withstand the toothpick test after baking for 15-20 minutes.
WHAT BOX CAKE MIX CAN I USE?
Absolutely! To create a great pan of brownies, use your favorite standard-sized box of cake mix and follow the same instructions. Can you picture a brownie made from red velvet cake and white chocolate chips? Even a package of lemon cake mix could be transformed into something delicious!
HOW SHOULD FUNFETTI BROWNIES BE STORED?
Cut your funfetti brownies into serving-sized pieces while they are still in the pan, and then cover the pan. Your funfetti brownies will last up to 4 days if kept at room temperature. You can place them in the freezer for up to a few months if you want to store them for a longer period of time.

- Use good vanilla and butter. Just like the cocoa in brownies can make or break the chocolate flavor, the butter and vanilla extract are very important in blondies. For the best results, make sure you use good butter and pure vanilla extract.
- Do not over bake: Repeat after me, “An over baked blondie, is a sad, dry brownies.” When you take the blondies out of the oven, the middle should still be undercooked. As they cool, they will continue to bake, giving you a wonderfully baked, soft delight.
